External Sources Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies when we explicitly incorporate external documents into the platform (for example: files hosted by us or downloads served from our app).

If we only link to an external official source without hosting the file, these rules do not act as a publication blocker, although citation best practices still apply.

2. Absolute publication rules

  • Cite the official source and the original document URL.
  • State the original document update date whenever available.
  • Do not distort, misrepresent or alter the meaning of the content.
  • Do not present the content as sponsored, endorsed or issued by a public authority.
  • Preserve metadata and applicable reuse conditions.
  • Check third-party rights before publishing (intellectual property, trademarks and other rights).

3. Review and takedown process

  • Each external document is published with an internal compliance gate (go/no-go).
  • If we detect errors, outdated content or rights conflicts, the document may be removed immediately.
  • Relevant corrections are reflected in this policy and in the affected content.

4. Contact for corrections or takedown

If you represent a rights holder or detect an issue in external documents, you can contact info@espanaextranjeria.com for priority review.
